Not sure mediation will work for your dispute? I will provide up to four hours of online mediation services (synchronous and asynchronous) for a flat fee. Many people are able to reach full or partial agreements within this timeframe. This package is available for parties whose attorney representatives will not be participating in the mediation. Please note that attorney review of all negotiated agreements is recommended.

In-person mediations are typically booked in four-hour blocks, although shorter sessions are available for local mediations.

Online mediations are conducted via Zoom, Webex, Skype, FaceTime and WhatsApp, depending on the clients. I will use both synchronous and asynchronous contact to keep you on the road to resolution.

Online mediations with more than two participants are conducted via Zoom, however caucuses and other sessions may be conducted via teleconference and other formats. To keep you on the road to resolution, I will employ both synchronous and asynchronous communication formats.

At the discretion of the parties, hearings can be conducted in-person or through online video-conferencing technology.

Serving as chair on a panel of three arbitrators. Hearings must be conducted in-person.

Serving as an arbitrator on an arbitration panel. Hourly rate discounts are available for hearings conducted online via video-conferencing technology.

Where mediation is not feasible (for example, the other party in your dispute is unwilling to mediate), conflict coaching can help you understand how to approach negotiations.
